How to correctly apply your facial skincare products

123FRE is the essential routine perfectly designed for active skin. With daily use, the products prevent and repair skin damage, leaving you with a healthy glow. This is what the 123FRE skincare routine looks like:

Morning:

Step 1: PURIFY ME, a facial cleanser that provides moisture and is gentle on the skin, yet highly effective at removing dirt and sweat after a workout.

Step 2: REVIVE ME, a serum that works to replenish the moisture lost due to physical activity and sweat. It acts deeply to infuse the skin with lost minerals.

Step 3: PROTECT ME, an ultra-light moisturizer with SPF 30 that protects the skin from harmful sun rays all year round.

Evening:

Step 1: PURIFY ME cleanses and removes the dirt and sweat accumulated during the day.

Step 2: REVIVE ME, a serum that works to replenish the moisture lost due to physical activity and sweat. It acts deeply to infuse the skin with lost minerals.

When adding products to this basic skincare routine, it is important to do so in the correct order. Here is how we recommend incorporating each of our products into this routine:

DETOX ME

DETOX ME is a natural detox mask developed to prevent breakouts after sweating, remove excess oil, and unclog pores. Its gentle exfoliation purifies the skin of dead cells and frees your face from the weekly accumulation of urban pollutants and daily impurities.

We recommend using DETOX ME in the evening 1-3 times a week, depending on your skin type (more if oily, less if sensitive). It can be used alone or after using PURIFY ME and before applying moisturizer, oils, or serums.

BRIGHTEN ME

BRIGHTEN ME contains hyaluronic acid, known as an anti-aging compound, and niacinamide, which boosts collagen production that naturally decreases over time.

For best results, apply the product after cleansing and applying serums, but before oils, SPF, and moisturizers. We recommend using it every morning and evening.

RECOVER ME

Contains lavender oil to soothe inflammation and promote sleep. RECOVER ME cleanses your skin, repairs UV damage, and provides a deep dose of moisture to restore your glow and make your skin look amazing every day. Massage a small amount of RECOVER ME onto clean skin until fully absorbed. For best results, use every night.

Apply RECOVER ME after serums like REVIVE ME. The serum has a lighter formula and is absorbed quickly, allowing you to layer moisturizer on top. If you feel this is too much moisture for your nightly routine, you can use RECOVER ME or REVIVE ME separately.

Our 100% Organic Argan Oil is the perfect multi-tasker for an active lifestyle. Argan contains a powerful blend of fatty acids, Vitamin E, and antioxidants, making it the perfect anti-aging oil for skin that sweats.

I AM LOVE is a luxurious yet minimalist and completely natural blend of 5 super-oils created in collaboration with global yoga instructor Talia Sutra. These oils were carefully selected to create a wellspring of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and nutrients.

Apply oils after serums, eye creams, and moisturizers, but before creams containing SPF. Applying oil after sunscreen means the products won't work. Depending on your skin type, you can use the oils alone or combine them as needed with other serums and moisturizers. Argan oil can be used on the entire body and hair in addition to its use on the face.

GLOW ME

A revolutionary 3-in-1 formula developed especially for skin that sweats. It protects the skin from the sun with broad-spectrum SPF.

It moisturizes with the patented Argania Active Complex™ and gives you a natural glow with a universal tint that blurs imperfections and evens out skin tone. GLOW ME + can be used instead of PROTECT ME in the mornings for sun protection. You can also mix the product with PROTECT ME for higher protection.

REFRESH ME

A delicate dual-layered spray. The first layer contains argan oil and grape seed oil for deep hydration, while the second layer contains radish, pea, and watermelon extract, as well as essential oils of rose and ylang-ylang to soothe and refresh.

You can use REFRESH ME whenever you want! It was developed especially for immediate hydration of the skin during or after a workout, for refreshing the skin during the day, and for use before and after makeup application.

I AM JOY

I AM JOY, created in collaboration with global yoga instructor Talia Sutra, is made from only nine natural ingredients. It provides the skin with deep nourishing vitamins, healing minerals, and powerful antioxidants while maintaining the pH levels that protect the skin. It can be sprayed gently on the face in the morning and evening after cleansing, over makeup as a hydrating spray, or whenever the skin feels dull and dehydrated during the day.

Using I AM JOY after cleansing helps prepare the skin for the best possible absorption of serums, moisturizer, and oils. It was developed especially for use before applying I AM LOVE.

C ME

C ME is a brightening antioxidant serum that corrects dark spots and smoothes fine lines. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that prevents, protects against, and repairs damage caused by free radicals that come into contact with your skin. In this unique formula, Vitamin C is combined with argan oil for maximum benefits. These ingredients together strengthen skin cells before and after sun exposure.

You can use it in your morning skincare routine to brighten the skin and boost the efficiency of your sunscreen. Apply to clean skin or after applying REVIVE ME. After the serums are well absorbed, use a cream with sunscreen like PROTECT ME or GLOW ME +.

RENEW ME

RENEW ME is an anti-wrinkle serum that reduces wrinkles and fine lines, leaving the skin smooth and youthful. Its unique formula combines bakuchiol, an all-natural extract from babchi seeds, with FRÉ’s patented Argania Active Complex™. Using this serum will visibly reduce signs of aging without irritating your skin.

You can use RENEW ME in your nightly skincare routine to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Apply it to the face every evening after cleansing until fully absorbed. If you have never used bakuchiol before, use it every other evening for the first month. On nights you don't use RENEW ME, it is recommended to use REVIVE ME. After applying RENEW ME, you can apply oils or moisturizer.

CLEANSE ME

CLEANSE ME is a multi-functional micellar cleanser that cleanses the face, removes makeup, and moisturizes. It contains argan oil and argan leaf extract, which nourish the skin with antioxidants and prevent irritation and acne.

You can use CLEANSE ME instead of PURIFY ME for washing your face in the morning. You can also use CLEANSE ME as the first part of your double-cleansing evening routine. Gently massage CLEANSE ME into wet skin and rinse. The second part is using PURIFY ME to complete the cleanse and add moisture.

I AM PURE

I AM PURE, created in collaboration with global yoga instructor Talia Sutra, is an all-natural, dual-sided facial cleansing bar. Its dark, detoxifying side contains Dead Sea mud, green clay, and charcoal, which draw out excess oil and dirt from the skin. The creamy, soothing side is made of olive oil, coconut and almond oils, and shea butter, known for their anti-inflammatory and healing properties.

You can use the creamy side of I AM PURE as part of your morning routine instead of PURIFY ME. At night, you can double-cleanse to remove the dirt accumulated during the day. Wash your face with the dark side of the soap and then with the creamy side.
