Transaction Cancellation Policy – For Purchases on the Website

1. General and Deadline for Transaction Cancellation
   1. A transaction performed through the website is defined as a remote sales transaction in accordance with Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"). In accordance with the provisions of the Law, the consumer is entitled to cancel the transaction within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the products.
   2. A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (as defined by law) is entitled to cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction or the date of receipt of the product, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the business and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication. A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant shall attach to their request to the company a certificate proving their membership in one of these groups.
   3. This policy applies to the return of products purchased directly from the company's Israeli website only. In any other case, the consumer must contact the party from whom they purchased the product.
2. Method of Submitting a Cancellation Notice
   In accordance with Section 14T(a) of the Law, consumers may provide notice of transaction cancellation in one of the following ways:

3. Cancellation of Transaction
   1. In any case where the consumer has cancelled the transaction for one of the reasons listed below, the consumer shall be entitled to receive a full refund without the payment of cancellation fees: a defect in the product, non-conformity between the product and the details provided to the consumer, failure to supply the product by the date specified in the order confirmation, or due to any other breach of the purchase terms by the company. Such cancellation shall be called a "Justified Cancellation."
   2. In the case of a transaction cancellation for reasons other than those listed above, the company is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
   3. In any case of transaction cancellation, except in the case of a Justified Cancellation (as defined above), the consumer must return the product to the company at its offices, 4 Raoul Wallenberg Street, Tel Aviv (the office is open Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00). In the case of a Justified Cancellation, the consumer must allow the company to collect the product. It should be noted that if the returned product was delivered to the consumer together with an additional product as a gift or as part of a bundled purchase, the additional product must also be returned.
4. Transactions That Cannot Be Cancelled
   The right to cancel a transaction shall not apply to transactions listed in Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.
5. Product Return Policy Under a Promotion
   1. Cancellation of a transaction involving "bundled deals" (such as buy 1 get 1 free or "buy and receive" promotions) will only be permitted upon the return of all items included in the transaction. Cancellation of a transaction in which a kit ("skincare routine") was purchased will only be permitted upon the return of all products in the kit.
   2. In the event of a significant deterioration in the condition of the products, the company is entitled to demand compensation for the damage.
6. First Order on the Website
   1. Without derogating from the transaction cancellation policy detailed on the website and the consumer's rights to cancel transactions by law as detailed therein, on a consumer's first order on the website, the consumer is given the option to cancel the transaction for one product or one kit, and receive a refund for that product or kit, within 30 days of the date of the order, subject to cancelling the transaction according to the transaction cancellation policy and receiving notification from the company regarding the return of products.
      
      In the event of cancelling an order that includes more than one product or one kit, the benefit will apply only to one product or one kit, at the company's discretion, while the return of the remaining products will be done in accordance with the transaction cancellation policy detailed on the website, including the requirement to return the products as a condition for receiving the refund.
7. Refund
   1. In the case of a transaction cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, a refund will be provided minus the cancellation fees as detailed above.
   2. A refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was made.
