    The FRÉ Positive Beauty Awards

Inspiration, support, change: Meet our Women of the Year. In honor of International Women's Day, we launched a special project - the FRÉ Positive Beauty Awards - to honor and support trailblazers who are creating significant change in their communities and society as a whole.

The awards are granted to four non-profit organizations operating in the fields of education, positive body image, women's empowerment, and strengthening youth through physical activity, outdoor life, health, and well-being. We believe that supporting women who move the world forward is essential for positive change.

We are proud and excited to announce the four winners of grants between 5,000-10,000: Smadar from "Clownbulance," Audrey from "Beresheet," Roni Lee from "Street Medicine," and Stephanie from the organization "IMA."

    The 2025 Winners

Smadar - Clownbulance: When Laughter Becomes Medicine

The "Clownbulance" initiative founded by Smadar is a true ambulance for the soul. For 22 years, her special team, comprised of professional medical clowns, has been treating children in hospitals across Israel through clowning. This unique project not only brings joy to hospital wards but also provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience for hospitalized children, taking them on a special dream-fulfillment day accompanied by the medical clown team. During these magical days, the children can forget for a moment the difficult reality they live in and experience moments of pure happiness and emotional healing.

Audrey - Beresheet: A Taste of Home on the Battlefield

The "Beresheet" kitchen was born in October 2023, immediately upon the outbreak of the war in Israel, when Audrey, her husband, and their friends were exposed to the real need to assist Israeli society during a crisis. They did not hesitate and immediately began preparing massive quantities of hot, nutritious meals for soldiers stationed in remote areas facing logistical challenges. The initiative, which began as an immediate response to the emergency, continues to operate thanks to dedicated volunteers who ensure that frontline soldiers receive tasty, nutritious, home-cooked food - and also the moving feeling that someone on the home front is thinking of them and caring for them.

Roni Lee - Street Medicine: Health is Everyone's Right

The "Street Medicine" project is a unique non-profit founded during the COVID-19 pandemic by Roni Lee, a social worker by profession. The organization provides free medical treatment to the homeless population - those who often fall through the cracks of the healthcare system. The dedicated team is entirely volunteer-based - social workers, doctors, and nurses - who go out to the streets of Tel Aviv to help. "Street Medicine" operates on the belief that medical care is a basic right, offering not just medical assistance but also guidance and human support to those forgotten on the fringes of society, restoring a bit of their lost dignity and hope.

Stephanie - IMA: From Pain to Power

The "IMA" (Mother) organization founded by Stephanie provides a healing space and holistic support for mothers who have experienced the worst loss of all - those who have become bereaved mothers. By creating an embracing and enabling environment, "IMA" helps mothers find comfort, strength, and a supportive community, with regular group events that provide emotional support, connection, and guidance on the complex journey of coping with grief and life after loss.

    Creating Change, Together

We are proud and excited to support these four organizations led by inspiring women. Through these grants, we hope to amplify their impact, enable them to reach more people, and continue their essential work.

In particularly challenging times, initiatives like "Clownbulance," "Beresheet," "Street Medicine," and "IMA" serve as a light in the darkness and a reminder of the power of hope and change. They demonstrate how women with vision and determination can make a significant difference when they work for the benefit of others. FRÉ's commitment to supporting such leaders remains steadfast, in the belief that empowering women is the key to a stronger and better society.
