Fitness coach Ruthie Peretz fought and beat cancer at the age of 30, with the help of modern medicine, yoga exercises, and her children’s love. In the years since, Ruthie has continued to practice yoga, and her daughter, FRÉ Ambassador Talia Sutra, has become a yoga instructor herself. Talia first learned yoga from her mother, joining in her fight.

For FRÉ’s Pink Month awareness campaign, Ruthie shares the story of her inspiring – and winning – fight, and Talia speaks of her personal connection to her mother’s battle and to all the strong women who are fighting.
