REASONS I LOVE TO SWEAT

The more I sweat, the more I love my body. Not because of what I see, but because of how I feel. Every drop of sweat and every sore muscle fiber is a reminder that I am a stronger woman-- physically, mentally, spiritually-- than I was the workout before.

A GOAL THAT LIGHTS ME UP

I’m passionate about making my job be as much about catering to souls as it is to bodies. It’s my goal to walk into work each day and make it a safe place for clients to be heard, rejuvenated, and empowered. Alese Deans is the manager at Pure Barre Loveland. Her huge smile shines from miles away, and her students love her, even when sweating their way through a difficult class! You can find her running around town with her sweet puppy, Tali!
